About Us
John Muench is a hobby woodworker that lives in Walton, KY (just across the river from Cincinnati, OH) with his wife, Michelle, sons Nick, Drew, and Nathan, and dog Ms. Macy.
John started Perfectly Imperfect Woodworking in December 2020 during the pandemic as a way to pass the time and make custom Christmas gifts for family and friends. The first gift was for his parents and didn't turn out quite right. Michelle came up with the phrase - Your parents will think it is perfectly imperfect. - and the name was born.
